We pride ourselves in offering different types of home care services and activities to Elderly and vulnerable Adults enduring disabilities or illness: Learning disabilities; Mental health needs; Autism Spectrum; Physical disability; Early-onset dementia; Elderly.

All our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) which is as follows: Home care; Supported living care; Respite care and short- break; Daycare center; Overnight care; Early-onset dementia care; Elderly care at home; Community care; Personal care.

We provide a variety of Person-Centred Care Support respecting their cultural beliefs and religion which is tailored to specific requirements for people with a range of needs to fulfill lives. We work with people on all aspects of daily living skills and individual goals tailored to their choice, personal needs, and preferences.

Assistance with Personal Care Tasks Such as:
Getting up/Going to bed, moving, and transferring.; Washing / Bathing / Showering/Shaving/Mouth care.; Getting dressed / Undressed; Managing continence; Personal hygiene; Emptying commodes; Mobility, moving and handling using equipment; Skin and Haircare

Assistance with Health & Well-being Tasks Such as:
Administration of Medication, ear, and eye drops, within our policy guidelines; Reminding, or Prompting to Take Medication; Assisting with the collection and ordering you prescribe medicines.; Supporting in attending and booking an appointment with your health care team such as GP; Hospital, etc.; Supporting access to well- being and fitness activities and services of your choice.

Assistance with Social Care Task Such as:
Assisting with Maintaining Social Contacts with families, friends, and communities; Community access for hobbies and interests; Assisting with Attending Clubs / Day Care Centres, college; Supporting with activities of your choice; Accompanying you to your bank and shops or undertaking shopping on your behalf; Walking the dog together with you; Accompanying you on travels; Accompanying you to attend appointments; Supporting with any cultural or spiritual needs including sites of worship such as attending Church, Mosque, and Temple.

Assistance with Domestic Task Such as:
Making / Changing the linen and tidy your room; Ensuring the immediate environment is kept safe, clean, and tidy; General house cleaning, such as cleaning Kitchen, tidying up, mopping dusting, etc.; Checking you food stock expired date.; Laundry; Maintaining kitchen hygiene and washing up.

Assistance with Nutritional Care Task Such as:
Access to dieticians who will provide advice to ensure you are eating well.; Preparing food and drink according to your cultural belief; Preparation of Breakfast Preparation of hot meals /Light Meals / Snacks/ Drinks; Helping you to fulfill your preferred or required dietary needs.; Support you with healthy eating and drinking.

Assistance with Administrative Care Task Such:
Provide Advice and Supportive Information; Risk / Health and Safety Assessments; Home safety checks; Hospital discharge and support; Quality Assurance Visits; Questionnaires and correspondences; Regular Communication with; Your Assigned Co-ordinator; Inter-agency Liaison(e.g. attend review meetings with Care Managers as requested); Enabling you to access other services from other providers; Helping you to access advocacy

We offer flexible support services that can be tailored to meet your individual level of need. Our support can range from ‘floating support’ provided for a few hours per week through to 24/7 support in your own home (including ‘waking night’ or ‘sleep in’ staff), with a senior member of staff contactable 24 hours a day and night.
