Perry Manor in Worcester is an ‘outstanding’ rated care home (CQC) providing quality residential, nursing and dementia care, respite care, and end of life care in luxurious surroundings.
The home manager last year won silver in the British Journal of Nursing Awards and Best Dementia Care Manager at the National Dementia Care Awards.
Our team take the time to get to know your loved one’s life story, needs and passions, to design care and activity plans – and even menus – that are tailored to their unique tastes. Here, residents are supported to continue doing the things they love, whether that’s gardening and baking, arts and crafts, or theatre trips and outings.
Perry Manor is also home to spacious, individually styled, en-suite bedrooms, with wonderful facilities including a cinema, coffee shop, hair salon, sunny garden room and lovely landscaped gardens.

From the manager
“I’ve been a qualified Mental Health Nurse for 23 years, and before I joined the Perry Manor team in 2016 was the Deputy Hospital Director of a psychiatric hospital. Having previously worked for Care UK in its mental health division, I respected the organisation’s ‘care first, business second’ ethos, so it was a natural choice when I wanted the challenge of running a residential care home. I have a passion for person-centred care and I see how hard my team works every day to deliver impressively personalised care. I love walking around the home chatting to residents, relatives and colleagues. I also enjoy delivering colleague training. Every member of the team brings something different, and supporting them to achieve their potential is a large part of what I do.”
