At Heartlands Care Home in Birmingham, we specialise in providing individualised residential, dementia and nursing care that supports residents with their personal needs. Our dedication to tailored and family-led care creates a warm, homely atmosphere that has helped Heartlands become a leading Birmingham care home. We get to know each resident in our home, with individual care plans designed to foster independence for both our more-able residents and those living with dementia. For those with greater nursing needs, our specialist on-site nurses offer highly qualified medical attention to ensure the best quality of life possible in a comfortable and calming environment. Our team are supported by strong links to the local community to ensure that every resident not only receives the highest level of care but also enjoys a rich and varied life, where the small things really make a big difference. Whether this is baking their favourite cake, having a quick catch up over a cup of tea or creating a special memory as part of our ‘Make a Wish’ campaign, there is always something going on.
