Professional, clean, friendly, approachable,...
I viewed this home for a relative. The home is very pleasant and the staff were very approachable and friendly. The manager was very understanding about the difficult decisions that have to be made when a relative has to consider residential care. I was shown around the home and any questions I had were answered. There seemed to be a lot going on within the home to keep the residents occupied. The rooms were of a good size and very clean. I was also shown a sample menu.
