Reviews of this homecare agency
Helping Hands Home Care Head Office
Excellent, responsive,helpful and knowledgeable
The staff at Helping Hands Alcester have been wonderful at discussing my needs for my father, identifying suitable permanent and interim providers. I live in the USA and my brother in Australia so we have been totally dependent on their expertise and judgement in selecting the right people based on the profile we provided.
My father responded better to one particular interim carer and the staff have made every effort to tactfully switch to her as the permanent carer

Good quality of Care
The Carers that attend my elderly mum offer support with her needs while still offering her some independence. They offer this in a relaxing and caring way that puts her at ease. I think we all worry about weather or not our parents will except help and the types of people who will come into our homes to look after our family. In our experience we have been given a set of main carers now who give a high quality of care, companionship and service to my mum whist also giving us some respite to.
