Care for my father

Beyeacare have provided care for my father since 15th August 2013, and to be honest I can not fault them. They are kind caring and respectful of my fathers needs and wishes. In the time he has been with Beyeacare his needs have changed a lot but they have always been accommodating and supportive to both of us.
I would highly recommend Beyeacare to anyone that needed professional care for their family members

Excellent Care for my mother

Until recently Beyeacare provided care four times a day to my dear mother which I found to be of a excellent standard. Both the carers and office staff were extremely helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble. My mother had regular carers who built up a rapport with her. I cannot recommend these dear people enough.

Poor Customer service

I am upset with the telephone manner of your reception staff. I am a dedicated hardworking person in a extremely rewarding role supporting people into employment. I called to enquire about a role advertised in the newspaper which i know 100% has not been filled. I felt that both ladies on the phone were rude and abrupt and didnt give me the opportunity to discuss any suitable candidates. I was cheerful, smiley and complimentary but this seemed not to be appreciated. I really feel disheartened that the first point of call for a care agency can make someone feel so deflated - Everyone on the end of the phone is a customer and customer service skills should not change whether a wrong number has called, a potential client calls or a recruitment enquiry.

Reply to poor telephone manner by Beyea Care

May I take this opportunity to apologise to the individual who phoned the office, I remember this occasion very well, we had placed an advert in the paper for an administration role, however we then decided to go down the route of Apprentice which we did, therefore not needing any more advertising at that time. When this person phoned my office my quality manager answered the phone & asked me if we needed any help with advertising I said no its sorted. At the time we were dealing with an emergency involving one of our clients. I am very sorry if our response made her feel disheartened & deflated it is not our normal telephone manner, you are correct that customer service skills should not change regardless of the enquiry

Disappointing experience overall

Overall disappointing, largely due to lack of consistency in the carers and poor office management, general lack of communication between staff and client. One week there were 18 different carers over a 7 day period, despite having been assured that continuity would be given. Demonstrated an inability to follow very simple requests regarding the care of my 94yr old father; disliked having family around to ensure that instructions were carried out. There were a few major safety issues too.
