Doris Jones - Brilliant -Thankyou
My elderly mother aged 94 (and I) needed extra general assisatance and care at home and I was recommended to Doris Jones by a personal friend who is a registered physiotherapist. From our first meeting with the care manager, I was really impressed by the profesionalism and obvious experience in knowing the needs of their aged clients. Since that first meeting my mother is much happier now she has a carer and friend to help care for her. The carer is absolutely brilliant. Thank you Doris Jones.

Care at its very best!
When my sisters and I decided we needed help looking after Mum we were adamant that we wanted care that would meet our expectations and her particular needs. From the initial assessment visit we have always felt that our concerns have been listened to and acted upon. The Carers and the Management Team are always willing to try find solutions to Mum's care problems and are willing to "go the extra mile". With Doris Jones we feel that our load is being shared and we are truly grateful.

Outstanding, fantastic, superb, excellent, marvellous
Doris Jones have been very approachable, understanding and extremely accommodating. All the staff, from founder to receptionist is friendly, helpful and professional. Especially the carers (Dee, Shauna and Tarnya) who were all punctual, conscientious, willing and engaging. Moreover, they were all smiles brightening my Dad's day. Dad is especially fond of Tarnya who has been kind, considerate and thoughtful, caring for my father as if he were her own.
I only gave VFM 4/5 as I am overly frugal.

Professional, caring, supportive, flexible, imaginative.
I am a full time carer to my 102 year old husband, I am some light years younger but with family living far away I use to feel very isolated and worried where to get reliable help. Then Doris Jones came into our lives! My husband recently had a pacemaker inserted and I really did need help. Tarnya arrived, cheerful, quietly efficient, always respectful towards my husband's dignity and aware of our personal needs. And always on time! So thank you Doris Jones and Tarnya for helping us to cope.

A reliable, thoughtful, caring service
I would like to say a HUGE thank you to the carer who came to my home to care for my mother in order to help her get ready for her to attend our son’s wedding and to allow us to spend an additional day in London, knowing Mother was well cared-for.
She was conscientious, thoughtful and my mother said she was a ‘very kind lady’.
I am so pleased I found your organisation and I’m sure we shall use you again (and recommend you to friends, colleagues and neighbours!)

Care as it should be
Last year I needed help and support in caring for my elderly mother. I had used other care companies in the past, but they were unreliable, you never knew who was coming, what time, and equally the quality of the carer coming in - she was a name on a sheet rather than a person with individual needs. Doris Jones offered me the reassurance that my mum's care would be second to none, on time, with trustworthy carers - I became a daughter again, as I could trust she was being cared for with love.
