Located in the centre of Ashington, our purpose-built home is set in beautifully maintained grounds and is surrounded by local amenities. We provide care and support to older people, including people living with dementia in our dedicated Memory Lane Community.
Station Court bases its person-centred approach to care around its care planning regime, which involves pre-admission assessments and the drawing up of detailed care plans with the individual concerned and their relatives on admission. Care plans are regularly reviewed and help to form a basis for activities, diet and social contacts, amongst other areas.
We welcome visitors at Station Court and would be pleased to see you or to offer advice if we can help.
