Azalea Court
Worst place to work
Rude management that don't value it's staff and will employ anyone. Nurses and careers who are not qualified or care about residents. Cheap labour that's easy to come by for owners to make a profit. This company needs looking into with their death rate at azalea court.

Staff Not Consistent Enough! Not Providing The...
My Grandad has only recently moved into this nursing home as he is unable to care for himself. He has Alzheimer\'s and has done for about 6 years now. He was in a Residential Home previously but he needs to be constantly monitored in a Nursing Home, and we felt this may be the place. We were wrong. The Staff aren\'t consistent enough, they are in and out so often and every time I have been I have seen new staff and wondered why... They have been fired due to lack of care and other issues. My Grandad is not being cared after properly, when they feed him they are constantly making mess on him, where he then needs to be changed. The other day we came in and he was only wearing a jumper with a hood, a vest, tracksuit bottoms and a pair of slippers. He had no t-shirt on or socks. When we questioned the carer he simply replied, \"Why?\" as if he thought he was dressed appropriately. We\'ve been in there several times before and his door was closed shut. My Grandad is at the late stages of his Alzheimer\'s where he is now choking more often, we need the door to be open so the carer\'s can pop in and out to check up on him. He needs regular fluids, he has not been getting this enough. We have been checking his fluid chart and the carer\'s are not keeping this up to date and aren\'t giving him enough fluids. He has been dehydrated, causing him to have low blood pressure and dry skin - which they tried to rectify with vaseline. I do not trust these carer\'s with my Grandad, therefore will be looking to take him out and take him elsewhere. At these late stages, it is crucial that we find him somewhere suitable to care for him towards the end of his life. I am not happy with leaving my Grandad in the hands of these carers. We have had too many issues with them and as much as we have complained, our worries have not been put at ease and problems still persist!
