Brilliant Christmas Bash
Just had yet again a fantastic Xmas Party at Redcourt .Fab singer Bobby., Delicious Buffet,. outstanding decor and as ever Friendly and Caring Staff. Well done Redcourt... Merry Christmas to each and everyone of you.
Thankyou for all that you do,not only for my Dad but for all of the Residents. You are all stars.

OUTSTANDING !
I WOULD LIKE TO SAY A GREAT BIG THANKYOU TO JOAN AND ALL THE STAFF AT REDCOURT. MY DAD HAS BEEN A RESIDENT FOR 4 YRS NOW, IN ADDITION TO THE EXCELLENT CARE HE ALWAYS HAS, I RECENTLY TOOK 2 WEEKS HOLIDAY ABROAD AND THE STAFF ENSURED MY MUM GOT TO SEE MY DAD AS OFTEN AS SHE WANTED . THEY HAVE BEEN FANTASTIC WITH HER . IT ALSO ENABLED ME TO HAVE A BREAK WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT MY MUM NOT BEING ABLE TO SEE HER HUSBAND OF 69 YEARS.... I KNEW SHE WAS BEING CARED FOR AND THAT SHE WAS SAFE. OUTSTANDING!!

Very well Run
My Dad has been in Redcourt for over 3yrs. All the staff are helpful, caring, and polite. Plenty of good food, lots of activities and entertainment is provided. Dad is always clean, shaven and well dressed. He seems happy and is well cared for. He has a nice bedroom which is clean and tidy with fresh bedding each day. There are regular meetings for relatives /friends with Manager, well informative and requests always met if possible.

Caring and helpful staff.
My wife has been in Redcourt for 18months. During that time the facilities and decor have been much improved. The staff are very caring and always treat my wife with affection and respect. She looks clean and well cared for. The home has a splendid activities officer and special occasions such as birthdays, Christmas and Easter are celebrated with great enthusiasm. The manager is very responsive to ideas and suggestions.

My friend has been in Redcourt Care home for the past four years, the staff are very helpful and diligent, if anyone has any problems they only have to speak to the manager who is always available. the food is varied andprovides all the nutrition needed by individuals. There are activities provided for those who can take part ,every effort is made to keep the residents involved, if things were as bad as one of your members recently wrote, no one would leave their love ones there.

Caring and considerate staff
My wife has been in Redcourt for 18 months. During that time a number of improvements to the facilities have taken place. The staff are very caring and treat my wife with genuine warmth and respect. She always looks clean and well cared for. The manager is very responsive to ideas and suggestions and the home has a splendid activities officer. Relatives are always made welcome and encouraged to involve themselves in the care of their loved one.
