Care
Mum is happy and very well cared for. She laughs a lot and has many new friends. The stimulation and activities make her day. They are varied and bring out the fun out in her. Care and friendllines of staff is excellent. I would recommend this home without question.

Happy care home an excellent staff
Mossley manor is a very happy care home, all service uses are treated with dignity an respect. The cleanness is remarkably good an has an has nothing but a fresh smell no bad odors.food is also at a good quality of fine fresh food.

Inadequate
I know Mossely Manor very well, the owners will just not pay for training or updating of the environment. Looking at the latest CQC report I cannot believe that this home is still being allowed to deliver services. No training and development for staff, no care planning, staff working without CRB and POVA checks. Awful
