You’ll find St Catherine’s Care Home in a pleasant area in Horwich. We are a short drive from Bolton town centre, and close to public transport, making us easily accessible for visitors to pop-in for a chat.
Our Care team offers residential care for people who need help with daily tasks, and nursing care for those who have complex medical needs. We also provide 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in the complexities of looking after those living with dementia, who may also have other long-term medical conditions.
Our dementia care is accredited as part of Four Seasons Dementia Care Framework.
We run a busy activities programme at St Catherine's Care Home, including regular days out, visits from entertainers, and competing in the local carnival designing a float every year, and usually winning. We also have strong links with the local church and schools, who often visit our residents.
