Reviews of this care home setting
Upton House
A Dignified and caring environment
My mother moved into Upton House in June 2011 and from the outset she has flourished in the very capable and caring environment provided by Peter and Jacqui and their team of professionals. She is well nourished, stimulated, always well dressed and treated with dignity and courtesy. Although she lives in her own confused world now she seems content and that is so reassuring for all the family. I highly recommend Upton House.

cheerful friendly caring supportive educated
My father is a resident at Upton House. He is very happy and enjoys the company of his friends who live with him. The staff are very patient and go out of their way to ensure my fathers needs are met. I have found the family atmosphere for both residents and visiting family very refreshing. The food is of the highest quality and my father has put on weight since he has lived there. My fathers health needs are monitored closely and it is so very reassuring to know he is in safe hands.

Excellent, professional, caring, friendly, respectful
When the time came that my father needed residential care, Upton House was my first choice. Having visited two other family there over the years, I knew the quality of care given. My father is more settled than he has been in a number of years. The staff are very acomodating of his needs and wants. Life is good for him. He eats well. The food is tasty and of good quality. As a family we are extremly grateful that we can relax knowing he is in good hands and enjoying life. His health is improved.
