Rosebank Residential Home
Always Caring, Friendly and Hospitable.
We have always found the Staff at Rosebank Residential Home, very friendly, hospitable and caring.
My 90 year old Aunt was taken in to hospital with a 999 call in June 2010, She was unable to return to her home. On discharge from Hospital she came to Rosebank Residential Home, being very weak and poorly. Over the last 16+ months all the staff have worked extremely hard to support and encourage her to get well again, after the early ups and downs on her arrival. My Aunt is at present very happy
personal warm kind sensitive reassuring
After a prolonged stay in hospital recovering from a severe illness , my mother was blessed in finding a warm and secure home with the staff/ friends at Rosebank in Gravesend .With unwavering warmth and kindness the girls at Rosebank act as i would if able , showing utter professional care and sensitivity , making my mother feel totally at home . Rosebank is a protective 'nest' that i highly endorse.
