Reviews of this care home setting
Court Regis
kind caring dedicated understanding reliable
My mother has been a resident since Septr 2011. As my Aunt had been a resident a few years ago Court regis was included in our list of homes to visit when told my mother needed 24hr care. we visited 4 homes one saturday morning and Court Regis stood out from the rest straight away from the reception we received! In fact my sister always says I had made my mind up when I rang to make an appointment for the visit and was told to come any time! Mum is very happy and so are we! Staff are great.

Caring staff and excellent care
We have used Court Regis twice over the last 15 years, both times we have found all the staff to be very caring in their attitude and very considerate to the residents.
Our relation is on a special diet, and Court Regis have provided excellent meals even though this involves more work for them.
We are very pleased with how the team handles dementia which results in each resident maintaining their individuality.
Activities and visits are arranged for the residents at every opportunity.

They Go the Extra Mile
When you place your loved one into a care home you need to be reassured that the care they are receiving is nothing but the best. Court Regis and their staff in my opinion have excelled in their care our Mum. I take my hat off to them, they are more than caring, they are beyond compassion and kindess and go the extra mile to make sure their residents are looked after 24/7.
