Reviews of this care home setting
The Shelbourne at Sway
Compassionate, kindly, considerate, friendly, caring.
I cannot fault the care my father is getting at Shelbourne. His care needs have changed dramatically since he arrived in May due to deterioration with Vascular Dementia - the cruelest disease from which he could suffer considering his former life as a pastor and theologian. All the staff, carers, dining staff, cleaning staff, managers & other residents meld together to make the best environment for a person needing care. I would hope that my family would place me in 5-star care at Shelbourne.

Excellent Care and Facilities
Our elderly parents recently moved in and the whole family is pleased we chose Shelbourne at Sway. The facilities and rooms are excellent, all the staff are friendly, attentive and know how to deal with the elderly, and the social activites are very well organised.
All the 'pre-move' activities were handled in a very profesional manner by the Shelbourne staff, with all queries and concerns handled in a prompt fashion.
All in all, we are very pleased.

Exceptionally kind, caring and professional
From the moment we first made contact with Shelbourne, the genuine interest and concern we received was exceptional. The attention and care my stepfather receives from all the staff at Shelbourne has given him a new, very full and much happier life, something I really did not think possible following his diagnosis of Alzheimers.

Most impressive care home around!
From the minute you walk through the doors, you know you have entered somewhere very special. Shelbourne is a very prestigious care home in Sway. The staff are all very friendly and the atmosphere is always bustling with residents enjoying their various activities. Farron and Steve are both very welcoming and professional and this is reflected in the enthusiasm for the staff they manage.
