Reviews of this care home setting
Florence Lodge
Organised. Kindness Understanding. Caring. Helpful.
I cannot praise enough the manager and staff for their kindness and under standing given to my mother in law, right up to her passing away. My wife and I found them caring and helpful at all times, especially on her admission and after her death. We would willingly recommend them to anyone. Norman Todd.

excellent, careing, supportive, family feel
I have had a close friend in this home for just over 2 years. She was very happy here and because of the welcome she first received when on a respite visit she took the decision to give up the home she had lived in for 96years and move to Florence Lodge on a permanent basis.
Whilst here she has been treated with courtesy and respect and not only her but all her visitors. We were always offered a drink and the manager and staff were always happy to help if there was a problem, Thank you

Caring, friendly, helpful, clean, homely
My mum has been in florence lodge's care for three months now. My mum has been so happy since she arrived there, they take care of her so well and they are very good at helping her with her personal care and she is always kept looking smart, clean and tidy. She has made new friends as the other residents are very kind and friendly, which is lovely to know as mum was not able to get out and about like she used to. The staff are always welcoming and willing to answer any questions or concerns you may have. A christmas party was arranged for the residents and the families it was such a lovely experience and i cant praise the staff enough for all they have done and continue to do for mum. Keep up the good work all of you. Your doing an amazing job.
