North Park is a modern, purpose-built care home in Darlington with scenic park views and safe, secluded gardens. In a quiet setting, it nonetheless has access to plenty of local amenities and is not far from the A1. It offers care and support to frail older people, people living with disabilities or sensory loss, in addition to dementia care.

Our residential care home is dedicated to ensuring dignity, independence and choice for the people it supports irrespective of physical or mental health. We want to offer people the best possible quality of life in terms of medical support, physical surrounding, meaningful activities and hospitality, too.

People living with dementia are supported in our dedicated Memory Lane Community, which has been specially adapted to their needs by the use of careful design and use of colours. It includes reminiscence aids, memory boxes and a life skills kitchen to help people fill their days. We base our care on careful assessment and regular review of our approach involving the individual and their family.
