Rudgwick Pre School
My daughter has been at the pre-school for a year and she loves it, she is making lots of friends and really enjoys the Monday Club (which is just for the older children). There is a good network of parents, which has made it easier to settle into the area. The staff are good and the communication to the parents has much improved.

Friendly and welcoming preschool
My son absolutely loves going to Rudgwick preschool and runs in through the doors every time! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and really put the children at the centre of things. Although it is run from the scout hut, meaning equipment has to be put out and away each day, the staff make the most of the resources available and a brand new canopy has just been erected outside so that the children can enjoy the outside space in all weathers! There is also a session specifically for those children who will be starting school in the following September, where staff can tailor activities for those older children and take them along to the local school for playtime etc. This really helped my older son settle into school last year. We feel very lucky to have this setting on our doorstep!

A pre-school that makes children smile
My daughter attended the pre-school 3+ years ago and loved every minute of it. Being my first, she and I were both very nervous at first but the staff handled it brilliantly and she was skipping to 'school' and wanting to go every day within weeks. Thankfully there is not a lot of staff turnover so the same brilliant characters are still there. So when it came to my son's pre-school choice - there was no contest and no thought required.
The facilities and setting might not be as 'flashy' or modern as other pre-schools but it's not needed, especially by the children. They have all the toys that children need to have fun and are individually understood and developed accordingly by the staff.
The interaction and relationship that this pre-school has with the Primary school is vital and well coordinated and makes the transition easy and exciting for the kids.
Personal, warm and fun are the best words to describe Rudgwick pre-school.

Caring, friendly, qualified, experienced staff, happy kids
My son loves going to pre school to play with his friends. The staff make an effort to get to know each child and their needs very quickly and the children are able to choose how they want to spend their time. My daughter spent a lot of time doing arts and crafts, my son spends much of his time with his friends outside. I am always amazed at how calm, happy and busy the children are whenever I visit. The staff are very caring and trustworthy. I would recommend Rudgwick Pre-School to all of my friends.

Excellent friendly pre-school
My daughter is very happy there and has made lots of friends (both with staff and other children). Her key-worker is very good at speaking with us regularly and keeping us updated about how she is getting on. I can't fault it. My son can't wait to start attending too.
