Great Staff

It is lovely Nursery and in a convenient location. I have found staff at Sans Day Nursery to very friendly, understanding and accommodating. I found the manger Sanita very conscientious, friendly and generous with her time.

Sans Day Nursery Management - Admin

With regards to your complaint, Sans Day Nursery take every complaint seriously and follow OFSTED Guidelines to tackle and deal with any formally made complaints.

Our establishment's policy clearly states that any internal complaints should follow our protocol and allow us to take your complaint seriously. There have been a number of occasions where disgruntled former staff have taken matters in to their own hands and have made unconfirmed accusations and complaints that have no relevance and proof, but to purely cause our establishment issues and also cause deformation of our character.

What we would like to say is there are proper ways to conduct such complaints especially within the Nursery and OFSTED guidelines. We are doing our very best top tackle any feedback that needs action. Please free to contact us on our office lines during Nursery Hours.

We would appreciate if the comments are formally removed until matters are proved and confirmed as this is to the detriment of the core value to Sans Day Nursery.

appalling management

Yes, I am another victim of Sans Nursery - they think that it is ok not to return deposits to families whose children left the nursery LAST YEAR. empty promises to pay money comes to nothing then Sanita doesn't respond to phone calls or emails. Writing this so that other parents are aware - if you can afford to be without your deposit and you want to have to spend time chasing money until you have to go to court to get your money back, go ahead and use this nursery.

Liar

You are a liar.
You don't take complaints seriously.
You don't answer emails.
You don't answer telephone calls.
You don't repay deposits.
You can't have documents to prove that you have repaid deposits, because you haven't done so.

You have county court judgements against you which you just ignore.

Disgusting treatment from Sanita

I would never recommend this nursery to anybody. At the beginning before my child enrolled they asked for a large deposit and now after my child has left they still have not returned my money nor communicated with any indication as to when I'll be receiving this. I have been chasing them for a long time now and I feel concerned for the staff having to deal with something that is out of their control when this could be resolved easily...just by doing what that initially promise and that's to give the deposit back within a 4 week time period of any child leaving the nursery. The excuse I have been given is that too many children have left the nursery therefore they do not have the funds to pay me back. Unfortunately this is not my problem to deal with. I did what was asked of me and I expect the same in return.

My review was removed ans Sanita reported that i am one of her staff. Just to let you know Sanita, i am one of the parents who is still chasing deposit money! See you in court.

If you would like to face the same issues go ahead but I would defiantly recommend to AVOID!!

Hi Matt, i am more than happy to view the documents. Shall i pop in? If it has been paid as you say the i would like to let you know that it hasn't shown up in my account, the only account probably might have gone to is either yours or Sanita's, because it definitely hasn't gone to my account. Please investigate and provide me with all documents!!!
