Reviews of this nursery and group childcare setting
Greenacres Day Nursery
Excellent
In 2005, Sue flung open the door on the first visit and gave us both a big hug. 7 years and two children later, we leave for the last time. Your ‘give a hug when needed’ policy and liberal outdoor play areas was idyllic for our future children. From the home made healthy lunches to the individual attention that is paid to each child, it is obvious that great diligence and preparation is given to the running of your nursery. We highly recommend Greenacres as a place of warmth, security & learning

Caring, safe, stimulating and homely
Both of my children have had the pleasure of attending Greenacres over the past seven years. I had no qualms about my daughter starting as I knew my son had had such a great time there.
The owner is excellent. She hires wonderful, caring staff who stay - there isn't a quick turnover so you get to know each member of staff and they get to know your child, plus you and your family.
The nursery is accommodating, homely, educational, stimulating. Both my children have thrived there.

Homely, friendly, caring, helpful, trustworthy
Greenacres is a bungalow on a country road near Deanshanger. The atmosphere is relaxed, I always feel I can ask a question at any time. Staff are caring and professional. Children eat quite a wide range of food and drink. Toys are set up on a theme each day eg a shop, a hotel and parents sometimes come in and talk about their jobs. Staff are very safety conscious.
We haven't potty trained yet so can't comment on bathroom facilities.
