Avoid poor staff poor care bad results

This is a terrible place to send your child. In my opinion it is unclean, expensive and poorly run by so called professionals who are in reality nothing more than normal mothers. Whilst you might initially be impressed by the extensive range of classes on offers for your child you quickly realise that the staff providing the classes lack the ability to teach them. Furthermore to my dismay there was an occasion when my daughter had her beautiful hair cut by another child in possession of scissors. Fortunately it was just her hair that was cut not her nose or her eyes damaged by a child yielding scissors completely unsupervised by the nursery staff. How could this happen? I would also add that you are actively discouraged by the nursery staff from accessing the CCTV footage of your children during their day. I did finally get access and was somewhat disturbed by what I saw. Often my child was left on its own. Some children were given more attention than others and there were often times when the nursery staff were visibly completely disinterested in the children and their activities. In my opinion some of the staff are absolutely lazy hence they don't want you to see CCTV to realise this. The food served is also of a poor quality and if you go down into the kitchen area you can smell that it far from hygienic. Understandably communication regarding your childs progress is poor, often you hear nothing more than what lessons the child attended during the day. Whilst the ofsted inspection was rated as good I would seriously question that rating given my observations. If it wasn't for extra tuition your child could easily leave this establishment without the ability to write their own name. Parents often send their children here because of the extended hours offered but think seriously is this the kind of place you would want your child to be at

Both my children go here and I have only positive things to say. They both are so happy and the facilities, classes and staff are fantastic!

outstanding caring fun clean educational

Fantastic space, great concept, brilliant staff!! There is no where else like it. It even has a mud kitchen in the garden! Close links with private schools in Fulham and the nursery teacher prepares the children for the London assessments. The Principal and Vice Principal are extremely knowledgable and run a tight ship with an opn door policy and are just lovely! The staff are just fabulous and of very mixed ages. Great!
