I found my contact to be extremely helpful and when the first holiday nanny fell through immediately had another name for me. She was in contact through the whole process and made me feel extremely comfortable. The holiday nanny we hired was fabulous and fit like a glove with the large group we were with. She made herself available at all times and I would hire her and use Tinies again in a heartbeat. Thanks!
