Safe, reliable, fast, efficient, organised
Sitters has never let us down, extremely efficient and organised. The quality of the staff is excellent, our children have their favourite babysitters and we like using Sitters via the website, rating our favourite babysitters, allowing us to build a rapport with them for our children. It is a very organised Care Provider, sending us reminder of our bookings, details of the sitters, always have a phone call one hour before booking stard ensuring we still want the service. Our mind is at piece when Sitters is booked, we are able to fully enjoy our evening. Being a member of Sitters also give you the opportunity when travelling or visiting family to still be able to find a babysitter in the area we are at that time. This is an amazing service.
Reliable, flexible, affordable evening babysitting
As long as you're flexible about who your babysitter is, it is tough to beat the Sitters.co.uk service. Since our child was five months old, my husband and I have booked one or two sitters from the agency every month (our child is now 19 months old). We have worked with seven or eight different evening sitters from this agency over the last year, and all of them were polite and on time. The only downside we have experienced is that we seem to have trouble booking one of our top three sitters on a consistent basis, and we think it is a bit of a shame that we haven't yet developed a dependable roster of "regular" sitters. Luckily, our child is fast asleep whenever the sitter arrives, so it hasn't mattered yet that we have a fairly broad mix of sitters who come to help us. The booking service and confirmation system at Sitters is excellent, and I appreciate the prompt and clear communication I receive every time I request a sitter. I regularly recommend Sitters to all my parent friends.
