All they do is they take your money and you never hear from them!
Absolute thieves and liars!

They do not provide any service and nor do they contact you and they remove you from the system so that they don't find you.

Unprofesional and rude

Not recommendable at ALL!
Went there last week as they asked me because I was lookig for a nanny job.
When I arrived the woman realised she forgot to ask me to bring with me some documents (and as she said that was the 3rd time that week).

I filled in the document on the Ipad they give you and when I was leaving this person made a comment about me not having the driving license.

I contacted through email this woman 3 days after I was there, just to let her know I've found a job but kindly asking if they could help me with something else.
I didn't get a reply and it's been already 4 days (I even texted her on her phone next day and no answer).
I wrote a complaint to the agency and they haven't even bother to answer.

Horrible experience.
Parents, nannies etc DO NOT go there.

The took money and no service was provided

They took almost 10 thousand pounds and never sent me the nanny. I spent money on airplanes tickets and when I cancel the contract for their fault they kept me money.
I am still after them to give me my money back.
Mr. Ben Galley called me 5 times a day until I made the payment. and now he doesn't answer the phone. Also mrs Aleggra. Now it is with an attorney. Whoever had the same problem, contact me and we sue them together.

Very disappointing service

Went with them despite being warned of poor service as one of the only agencies providing bi-lingual nannies. They found us a nanny initially but she proved unreliable and left us with no notice after 7 weeks. Per the contract they were meant to find a replacement but when there was no more money to make they were unhelpful and unintereste, failing to produce a single replacement nanny for interview. We tried to get a refund but got nowhere and the staff became increasingly rude. I almost wonder if it's a scam where they have a few nannies who they place who then leave so they can place them elsewhere and get more sign on fees. I would recommend avoiding.

Go to the police.

Go to the police, record every email you send them. I contact them more than 100 times. I sent emails to all the emails I found include the CEO and directors.
I also gave bad reviews in every website that talks about them.

I lost my sanity but at least I got most of my money back.
I made more than 30 phone call recorded everything saying that I was recording, and saying I wanted my money back.

Eventually they understood I was already living in hell and I would destroy them because I was going to london and to the police with all my proof and a lawyer.

They disgraced my summer. Made my life unbearable.

Im still thinking in putting an attorney to get the money back of the air tickets and the money for the interviews we pay at the beginning.

I will be in London and I will check o that soon.

Terrible Agency - Stay Away

These people lie, do the bare minimum and then wait. When you're so desperate to hire someone and drop all your principles and wish lists just for a pair of helping hands, they charge your a small fortune for someone totally average that you could have found on gumtree.

I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT EITHER

Short-term views, at a high fee

The agency presents itself as a high-end introducer for multi-lingual staff, carefully selecting the best candidates.
My experience is they do a decent job at selecting good candidates... for the agency, but not always for families. I have the impression that the business' objective is to make money identifying candidates who would occasionally return on the agency's books and generate money again for another family. Little Ones is not looking to fit long-term needs and this is where it is hugely disappointing to pay 18% of the nanny's annual salary in placement fees: I have been introduced to excellent candidates who were only available 6 months, others who were looking for a transitional job. Some nannies also described that they were pressed to accept the positions as they were "fantastic roles" (even though the commute is a bit long, the salary a bit low, the family fit not "fantastic", etc). All this compromises long-term views. It is unfair to base fees on a significant portion of the annual salary and to offer only 3-months' replacement guarantee (I suspect that long-term issues are becoming too visible after that period). If you are ready to pay high fees whenever you need, then go for it, otherwise, let's try another way.
In addition, some consultants do not do a decent job of managing the client relationship (invoice not sent but claimed, candidates not fully vetted) and for the price paid, I would have expected much better stewardship and follow up, not to be given random calls for payment when they are already made.

Nannies stay away from unprofessional agency

I'm writing to complain about a lady called Mila, who I spoke to today and before Christmas.
I've received phone call from her on 22nd of December after I've applied online for a nanny job. She has asked me to come to your office next day for an interview which I couldn't make it due to my work commitments so she has asked if I can do Skype interview around 3 o'clock next day.
As I wasn't sure what's happening at work I said I can't guarantee but I'll be more free after Christmas and New Year. She said that that's fine and that she will send me an email on which I can reply to her about the interview following day. I had some emergency situation at home and also extra hours of babysitting. I forgot to reply to her email and haven't heard from her any more.
Today I called your office again as I have more free time so that I can properly register with your agency.
First lady I spoke to was very polite and helpful and after short conversation she said she will transfer me to Mila.
As soon as Mila started talking to me I was not happy with the tone of her voice which sounded very unprofessional, annoyed and angry.
She was saying I didn't come to see her or call her or didn't reply to her. I've politely apologised and explained the situation. Although, I have calmly apologised about three times she would keep on talking about the fact that she had to wait for me and then she said something really long, so quickly and angrily but I couldn't even understand. I've asked her (politely again) if she can slow down with her speech as I didn't understand what she said in which she answered "Listen!" and then again she was talking about missed Skype appointment and that she had to wait for me.
I didn't think that she would be a right person to help me with the registration or anything else in fact so I just said thank you and I don't want your help anymore.
I found this behaviour very unprofessional and childish and I don't quite understand why would you have somebody with su

The worst agency we have ever encountered

Absolutely terrible service. The agency were useless, wouldn't send us the nanny references and I couldn't actually trust them with a child's safety again. The nanny completely disregarded our requests, was unsafe with our daughter, anything could have happened. She couldn't get our toddler to sleep - some nights she was up until midnight! She didn't feed her at all some days, she didn't even know how to make boiled eggs!! She left the kitchen a mess most days and didn't follow any of our (written) instructions.

I called and emailed to complain several times and never got a call back. We had to send the nanny home in the end without anyone even calling me back. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!Wouldn't trust to keep a child safe. We did email the email below and no apology or help offered, no refund for the exorbitant fees. Just the offer to find another, useless candidate!!

This agency charges extremely high fees and their candidates are very low quality. They kept pushing for us as the employer to offer more money beyond what we were comfortable with. After one employee who turned out to be very emotional and the great cook she claimed to be (could only make three dishes well), we had to take them up on the replacement guarantee. After some months the replacement started shouting at our child and acting extremely unprofessional. It appears this agency does not take on board the feedback regarding their candidates and they will try to resell the same poor quality people to other families. Beware!

Unprofessional

I took a day course in Paediatric First Aid with "Little Ones" nanny agency on the 17th of Nov 2016.
I was supposed to recive the certificate at the end of the day but the printer wasn't working.
I wrote to the staff in 3 Hanson Street, London to confirme the sending of the cerificate. No reply.
The next day after 6 days I calld them but only to be told the same thing about the printer being broken.
I wasn't happy about the answer and I tried to understand what it is happening. The member of the staff started to raise the voice and talk over me telling me that I have to "consider myself lucky if I wilI get the cerificate soon".
I hope your calls are monitored.
I complained to a member of the staff in charge of the agency but again no reply.
The agency site hasn't got a Custumer Service contact number, the only person you can talk is the same angry person I talked to.
This is London 2016, I can't accept you can't fix or replace a printer when you run a business!!!
I can't accept your staff has no Custumer Service training!
The email confirming my payment is the contract between me and the agency. The Certificate should have been handed out at the end of the day as is specified in the little print.
It has been 10 days now.
I will seek legal advice.

We were left incredibly disappointed in the service received from Little Ones. They found us a great nanny who unfortunately felt the role wasn't right for her and left after 5 weeks. We paid an enormous fee (I believe the highest amongst all agencies) to Little Ones to secure her based on their reputation. When it came time to replace the original nanny they were unable to find a suitable replacement within the time frame we needed. We found a replacement ourselves which left us having paid an astronomical sum of money to Little Ones for 5 weeks of work by a nanny. Whilst they owe no refund according to their terms and conditions, I would never recommend this agency. I believe it is possible to find a cheaper agency who will provide more personal attention and actually care for their clients rather than solely focusing on profit with no sense of moral obligation to its clients. Please read their T&Cs very carefully as the fine print will show how easy it is for this agency to take your money with no actual service provided!

Understanding and professional

Litlle Ones performed a marvelous service for my family. They worked with us to understand our needs and were able to find a nanny with the right personality to live in our home. The first Nanny that was placed with us wasnt quite right but Little Ones quickly found a replacement that was brilliant and has been with us now for two years. We have recommended Little Ones to several other fmailies who have all thanked us for the introduction.

Comprehensive thorough service

I have used Little Ones for 8 years. They have provided me 3 nannies and 2 housekeepers. Every candidate introduced has been a credit to their company. The service they provide is modern, thorough, efficient, most importantly in accordance with my requests.

Agencies are by and large expensive. Little Ones charge for the service they provide. This is a five star service with true care and consideration for the families they are assisting. Our experience has been positive. The nannies who have worked for us speak highly of the consultants also.

Awfull

We paid more than 3000 pounds of fees. The first nanny we were given was completely unfit and we put our kids in danger, we got rid of her after a week. They replaced her by a kind girl but that is completely unable to follow a routine and has no discipline. She even lost our son in an airport while I was taking care of the luggages. When we asked to have another one after only a few weeks, they told us we should pay another fees. You should run away from them, it is a total ripe off!!!!
