I registered with 3 different...
I registered with 3 different agencies and chose my nanny because of her qualities not especially because of the nanny agency. I have used agencies before, I found Richard efficient and professional but also quite pressurising. I did not want the interviews organised for me or the contract prearranged. The nannies I spoke to were quite happy with interviews being arranged over the phone. I would use the agency again as it was a way to be put in contact with local nannies.
